These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and score8 ("score8", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the score8 platform at score8.org, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the score8 platform.

2.3 Excluded Persons. score8 employees, contractors, officers, directors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any score8 promotions.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one score8 account. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment instrument — is strictly prohibited. score8 may close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and update your account details promptly whenever they change. score8 accepts no liability for failed transactions or communications resulting from inaccurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your score8 login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify score8 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). score8 may require you to complete identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Required documents may include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. score8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. score8 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours but does not guarantee processing times. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your score8 account are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any criminal activity. score8 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.
4.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts with a positive balance that have had no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. score8 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of RM 10 to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied.
5.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards issued by score8 are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility limitations, and expiry periods.
5.2 General Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
5.3 score8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5.4 Any attempt to abuse bonus structures, including but not limited to matched betting using score8 bonuses, creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or collusion with other players to exploit promotion mechanics, will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 All bets placed on score8 are subject to the applicable game or sport rules displayed at the point of wagering. These rules are updated periodically and it is your responsibility to review them before placing bets.
6.2 score8 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where a bet was placed after an event's outcome was already determined, or where system errors resulted in incorrectly offered odds.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the ruling of the relevant governing body or score8's game provider's outcome logs shall be definitive. score8's decision in all betting disputes is final.
6.4 Bet Acceptance. score8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet or series of bets at its sole discretion, with or without explanation.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the score8 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the score8 platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and interface design, is the property of score8 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the score8 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any score8 content without prior written consent.
9.1 score8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, score8 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 score8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the score8 platform — including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.3 In no event shall score8's aggregate liability to any user exceed the total net deposits made by that user to score8 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 score8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings at any time.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from score8 may do so by contacting score8 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and may be set for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.
10.3 score8 reserves the right to close or restrict any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder is gambling beyond their financial means or exhibiting signs of problem gambling.

11.1 score8 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if score8 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, or if required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
11.2 You may close your score8 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completed KYC verification.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under score8's international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration body designated by score8's licensing authority.
12.2 Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact score8 support in good faith to attempt resolution of the dispute informally. score8 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
